Felt Flower Hairband Kit - spring

Cute felt kit imported from Japan!

Kit includes material and instructions (in japanese) for constructing two hairbands. All you need are: a needle, thread, scissors, awl, and craft adhesive. Finished flowers are about 3/4" wide.

Fabrics are 100% cotton and 45" wide unless noted otherwise.
All fabrics and ribbons are priced and sold per yard unless noted otherwise.
